Join us on a 7-day Cruise to the Western Caribbean on Carnival Cruise Lines' Carnival Conquest.
Earn 8 CEU credits -- you are eligible if you are a rad tech (radiography, ultrasound, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine, CT, MRI), respiratory therapist, nurse, advanced practice nurse, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist, dietician, social worker, or chaplain.

We will be sailing with the Carnival Conquest with Carnival Cruise Lines, stopping at Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. We are providing 8 hours of optional CEU credit when we are at sea.
Many people who serve others in the health care profession are suffering from poor health themselves. This 8-hour CEU workshop is based on the principles of health supported by the Adventist Health Study and other research findings. It is designed to provide health care professionals with eight basic principles for health improvement, health maintenance, and prevention of lifestyle related diseases.
The focus of this seminar is on evidence-based practice, and is recommended for any individual/health care provider who wishes to incorporate holistic health into their personal and professional practice.
You will want to plan to fly to Houston Hobby Airport, Houston, TX, on either Friday or Saturday. No flights from the West or East Coast arrive at Houston Hobby on Sunday before 2 p.m. You want to be ready to board the ship by 1 p.m. since we depart at 4 p.m. When planning your flight home, plan to make your reservations no earlier than 1 p.m. since we will be disembarking from 8 to 10 a.m. Flights on Southwest Airlines from Ontario, CA, can be found for about $375. Flights from Orlando, FL, can be found for about $250.
Booking Your Cabin
Beginning in September 2008, you can reserve your cabin. Many levels of cabins are available; however, the least expensive cabins do sell out faster, so be sure to reserve your cabin early. A deposit can be placed at any time. Final payment will be due in April 25, 2009. You can book your cabin through AAA Travel. Be sure to speak with Sylvia.

The exact cost per person is dependent on cabin category.
Cruise Payments
A deposit is required to book your room. Final payment is due by April 25, 2009. Space is limited, so reserve your room now! Cruise deposits and payments can be made by credit card or personal check. To receive a full refund, you MUST cancel by April 25, 2009.
Group Rate
The rates for this cruise are based on group rates through Carnival Cruise Lines and AAA Travel. The per-person price is the lowest group rate available; no additional fees are added on. The separate (optional) CEU price includes the expenses for planning a CEU event, such as materials and books, speakers, meeting rooms, projection system, etc. In order to be a part of the CEU program and the group event, you must arrange your travel through the group's travel agency. If you arrange your travel through another agency, you will be ineligible to attend the CEU courses.
