Apply online Once you have chosen an area of study, you may apply online. Check with departments for application deadline dates and application requirements including previous degree requirements. Please only apply for one program at a time. There is a $60.00 online application fee.
If you have difficulty applying online download our pdf version of the application. Download undergrad application to fax or mail (PDF - 526 K) Fill it out and return it our admissions office: Loma Linda University School of Allied Health Admissions Nichol Hall room 1605, Loma Linda CA 92350. Application fee for paper application is $80.00.
If you choose to transfer your application to another program, please request application transfer in writing. Email is ok. There is no application fee for transferring your information, but you must meet all the program requirements for that specific program to be eligible for admission.

For Medical Sonography and Radiation Therapy program observations, please have the facility that you observe at write a letter on their letterhead stating Dates, hours and what Radiologic procedures you have observed. Letters maybe mailed to the department or brought in by the student.
