Current research:

Cancer epidemiologist in the Desert Sierra Cancer Surveillance Program (Region 5 of the California Cancer Registry (CCR). Stage at diagnosis for California breast cancer cases by race/ethnicity, controlling for age, family income, and attained education. Assessment of cancer incidence and mortality trends in Region 5. Community assessment of cancer incidence in Region 5. Descriptive epidemiology of anatomic subsite and stage of diagnosis for intestinal cancer cases in California. Identification and assessment of breast, cervix, colon, and rectum cancer control and prevention strategies.
