Presents the 2nd Annual Symposium
Research Symposium and Vendor Show
You have been cordially invited to this year’s Inland Empire Stem Cell Consortium Symposium and Vendor Show. Your presence at the 2nd annual symposium is highly significant as it will allow the stem cell research community at Loma Linda University, University of California, Riverside and the California State University, San Bernardino to interact with providers of scientific equipment and supplies. In addition, it is our hope that some of the latest technological developments that you will exhibit will enhance our research.
The Vendor Show will be open from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. You will be able to set up from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. If special accommodations are needed, please let us know. The space we provide for you will include a 30”x6’ table. To encourage participation, we will have a “visit the vendors” raffle. We would greatly appreciate any door prizes that you would be able to donate to the raffle. The fee for this year’s event is $250.00 per space. We will be providing lunch to increase considerable participant activity and interaction within the exhibit hall during the Vendor Show. If you plan on bringing more than one representative, please let us know. Unless we hear otherwise, we will plan for one representative per vendor and will order lunches accordingly.
Parking is provided for all exhibitors at the main entrance of Loma Linda University Medical Center. Free parking is available in Lot X, located on the southeast corner of Stewart and Campus streets with shuttle services available. You can also drop off your belongings at the “Main Entrance” of Loma Linda University Medical Center. A Symposium staff member will be available to watch your belongings if you need to make multiple trips into the facility. No other drop off areas will be available.
