Procedure for contesting examination questions

Should a student wish to contest an examination question(s), a request must be made in writing to the Course Director responsible for the exam. This request must be received by the Course Director within two weeks from the time that a key is posted or from the time the first examination results have been published.

The written request will be considered based on the rationale the student provides in the written request, the validity of the question, and other factors the Course Director deems pertinent.

The student will receive a written response regarding the outcome of the request from the Course Director as soon as a determination is made.
