Healing hearts

In Alexandria, Egypt, babies do not receive heart surgery because of lack of resources. They are put on a long waiting list in Cairo...many never make it. That’s why the Loma Linda University Overseas Heart Surgery Team stepped in. In last year’s story, “The Overseas Heart Surgery Team,” you watched how the Egyptian Heart Team trained at LLU. In this story, LLU went to their hospital in Alexandria, Egypt, to continue the training. Together, both teams gave hope to Alexandria’s children.
