Kiwanis Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship
Follow the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians at Loma Linda University
Children's Hospital (LLUCH). Both doctors featured were a part of the
Kiwanis fellowship program at LLUCH.
Since 2005 the Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha foundation has sponsored the Kiwanis
Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital.
The fellowship trains doctors who in turn hold training seminars in the more
remote regions of California, Nevada and Hawaii helping to train health
professionals in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Two doctors have already
finished the fellowship and in 2010 the third "Kiwanis Doctor" will begin
their training at Loma Linda. Every year the Pediatric Emergency Medicine
division at Loma Linda sees more than 25,000 patients.
