Kids recipe: Banana Blast Pops
4 bananas
2 cups of chocolate chips
8 popsicle sticks
1 cup of red, white & blue sprinkles*
wax paper
Melt the chocolate chips in microwave for 2-5 minutes stirring and checking every minute or so
- Peel each banana and cut in half
- Push popsicle stick through the flat bottom of the halved banana
- Dip in the melted chocolate
- Roll in the sprinkles
- Freeze for at least 2 hours
*You can also use chopped nuts, granola, graham cracker crumbs, or your favorite cereal.
