Kids recipe: Bird's Nest Cupcakes 
Your choice of cake mix
White or chocolate frosting
Grated coconut or long strand coconut*
Jelly beans (in Easter/pastel colors)
Marshmallow Peeps®
- Bake your cupcakes as directed on the box and cool.
- Frost cakes.
- Sprinkle grated coconut on top of frosted cakes.
- Place one Peep® in the center of the cake.
- Add a few jelly beans around the Peep®.
* Coconut may be toasted (brown) or colored with food coloring (green) if you prefer.
