Renovated and improved the LLUMC cafeteria New point-of-sale cash register system selected Participated in studies on percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy placement and glutathione antioxidants Conducted a grand rounds on the ketogenic diet An outcome-focused continuous quality improvement study reduced enteral complications and resulted in standard enteral feeding and protocols. Participated in revision of the Nutrition Support Reference Manual Assisted with obesity symposia for Alumni Postgraduate Convention Coordinated development of Parkinsonās disease dietary plan Participated in Third International Congress on Vegetarian Nutrition held on campus, March 24 to 26 Implemented a bimonthly diabetes support group for pediatrics Distributed 1,800 nutrition activity books on Childrenās Day Donated 48,742 pounds of food to Inland Harvest The 149 production and service employees are responsible for purchasing,
receiving, storing, and producing meals for patients, staff and visitor
