Hart, MD, DrPH, dean, School of Public Health, and president, SAC Health System, display a check for $50,000 from Kaiser Permanente/Fontana which helped establish a new SAC clinic in the City of Montclair. Description Social Action Community Health System (SACHS) is a network of five community clinics that provide low-cost or no-cost medical services to the underserved and uninsured in the Inland Empire. More than 1,000 faculty, students, and health-care staff volunteer their time to make this possible. Client visits total more than 40,000 annually.
