Social Action Community Health System (SACHS) is a network of five community clinics that provide low-cost or no-cost medical services to the underserved and uninsured in the Inland Empire. More than 1,000 faculty, students, and health-care staff volunteer their time to make this possible. Client visits total more than 40,000 annually. Clinic locations SAC-Norton, 1455, East Third Street, San Bernardino SAC-Frazee, 1140 West Mill Street, San Bernardino SAC-Arrowhead, 1293 North D Street, San Bernardino SAC-Redlands, 1009 Carlson Avenue, Redlands SAC-Montclair, 5111 Benito Street, Montclair Services include: Medical care for the entire family--from infants to adults Physical exams of all types; immunizations Perinatal services (care for pregnant women) Diagnosis, follow-up, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses Dental care, x-ray, laboratory, & pharmacy Counseling & community health nursing Physical, occupational, & speech therapy Health education & nutritional counseling Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) services SACHS--total encounters by month
