Students from Hiroshima train at Loma Linda

Thirty-four students from Hiroshima Welfare Training College, Japan, recently came to Loma Linda to obtain training as physical therapist aides. While studying in the School of Allied Health Professions, the students were instructed in patient transfers, activities of daily living, feeding, range of motion, pool therapy, hydrotherapy, bed mobility, positioning, and geriatrics.
