LLU Children's Hospital hosts 16th annual Children's Day
More than 1,900 children from 33 schools in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties attended the 16th annual Children's Day fair, along with 500 adults and 250 volunteers. The fair, held Wednesday, May 16, was sponsored by Loma Linda University Children's Hospital and featured a clinical lab display, SAFE Kids, Loma Linda Fire Department, child protection center, pediatric dietitian, Loma Linda University Cancer Institute, and Health Education Awareness Resource Team (HEART), a group of University of California, Riverside, students who are trying to improve the overall health of children.
