Volunteer services holds recognition banquet

On Wednesday, April 25, Loma Linda University Medical Center and Children's Hospital held a banquet to honor its many volunteers. The banquet was a thank-you to volunteers who collectively donated more than 200,000 hours in 2000. Since the volunteer services department opened in 1958, volunteers have provided 2,267,621 hours, or approximately $34,898,687 of service to the Medical Center and Children's Hospital.
