Obuge, epidemiology and international health graduate, with the Loma Linda University President's Award.     Gary E. Fraser, MD, PhD, director, Center for Health Research, presents Patricia K. Johnston, DrPH, MS, RD, professor of nutrition, and associate dean, SPH, with the Faculty Research Award.   James L. Rook (left), SPH student association president, presents Donn P. Gaede, MPH, assistant professor of health administration, with the P. William Dysinger Excellence in Teaching Award.           School of Public Health graduates (from left) Evelyn N.
