Loma Linda University holds annual employee recognition banquet

June 4, 1998 [TODAY, June 4, 1998]

Nearly 500 Loma Linda University faculty and employees were honored at the annual Loma Linda University faculty and employee recognition banquet held Thursday, May 14, in the Wong Kerlee International Conference Center.

Hosted by Loma Linda University president B. Lyn Behrens, MBBS, the annual banquet recognizes faculty and employees for their service to the University.

"It is awe-inspiring to think of the more than 6,000 combined years of commitment and dedication represented by those honored at the banquet," Dr. Behrens says. "It is their service that helps Loma Linda University to fulfill its mission 'to make man whole.'"
