Allied health professions homecoming to take place in April
Loma Linda University School of Allied Health Professions will be holding its annual homecoming April 19–21.
Official homecoming events will begin with a concert Thursday evening, April 19, by Christian artists Geoff Moore, Mark Harris, and special guest Jaime Jamgochian as part of “The Every Single One Tour.”
Tickets are available at the Adventist Book Center stores in Loma Linda and Riverside, the Berean Christian Store in Colton, LLU student affairs office, and online at <www.itickets.com>.
On Friday, April 20, registration for continuing education courses will take place from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. in Wong Kerlee International Conference Center.
Continuing education courses will commence at 8:00 a.m. and wrap up at 3:00 p.m. Information is available on the web at <www.llu.edu/llu/sahp/homecoming>.
For those not involved in the continuing education program, a shopping excursion to nearby Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga will leave at 10:00 a.m. and return by 4:00 p.m.
The dean’s reception will take place from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Nichol Hall, followed by a School-sponsored vespers program beginning at 7:00 p.m.
On Saturday, April 21, the School will be highlighted during both first and second church services at Loma Linda University Church, which begin at 8:30 and 11:15 a.m. respectively, as well as during the Sabbath School program, which begins at 9:50 a.m.
The annual SAHP potluck lunch will take place from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Nichol Hall.
At 6:30 p.m., the alumni banquet social hour will feature class reunions and a vespers program, and will take place in the Wong Kerlee International Conference Center.
The alumni banquet, final official event of the 2007 SAHP Homecoming Weekend, will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Wong Kerlee.
