Adventist Health International annual report receives top-level award
2005 Adventist Health International Annual Report.
For the second year in a row, Adventist Health International received a top-level public relations award at the annual banquet hosted by the Public Relations Society of America–California Inland Empire chapter.
The banquet was held Wednesday evening, April 25, at Sevilla restaurant located in Riverside.
Dustin R. Jones, MA, public relations officer, Adventist Health International, received the Polaris Award for his work on the 2005 AHI Annual Report. Richard H. Hart, MD, DrPH, president of Adventist Health International, serves as executive editor for the annual report, and was also present at the banquet dinner.
The 2005 Annual Report welcomes two new countries, Malawi and Venezuela, to the AHI family. In addition, the Annual Report introduces two new programs—The Children’s Charity Fund and the mosquito bed net program.
Awards were judged by Public Relations Society of America members from other chapters and were designed to recognize outstanding public relations achievements from the previous year.
The Inland Empire chapter presents two awards—the Capella Award for achievement in public relations and the Polaris Award for superior achievement in public relations.
