Spiritual Life and Wholeness banquet honors LLUAHSC employees
Jill Pollock, executive director of operations for the BMC, receives the Spiritual Life Leadership Award from Gerald Winslow, PhD, vice president for spiritual life, LLUAHSC.
Sixty-one employees were honored with the Wholeness Service Award during the annual Spiritual Life and Wholeness Banquet on October 1. About a month ago, employees were able to nominate colleagues who show:
• a vibrant faith in God that leads to extraordinary care for the wholeness of others; and
• an effective ability to bring hope and meaning in the midst of educational or health care challenges.
In addition to the Wholeness Service Awards, one employee is honored with the Spiritual Life Leadership Award.
“Each year, we select one person who has given outstanding leadership in our organization to bring about positive, faithful change,” says Gerald Winslow, PhD, vice president for spiritual life, LLUAHSC.
According to Dr. Winslow, nominations are invited and the LLUAHSC spiritual life committee votes on the final selection.
