Fall festival brings out the ‘kid’ in everyone

Every year at Halloween, the staff of Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital dresses up in costume to help the kids celebrate the autumn harvest.

At least that’s the official explanation for the annual fall festival. Truth is, the staff seems to enjoy getting to dress like pirates, princesses, giant bees, and other fictional characters so much that they’d probably do it even if it didn’t bring joy to the children. But it does, so who can say for sure what motivates the annual activity.

Regardless, these pictures tell the story of dedicated employees doing everything they can to help the children enjoy life to the fullest.
