Heritage Society President’s Luncheon J. Lynn Martell, DMin, vice president for advancement, Loma Linda University Adventist Health Sciences Center, welcomes guests to the Heritage Society President’s Luncheon held Monday, November 7, at Wong Kerlee International Conference Center.
Approximately 150 Heritage Society members attended the fall President’s Luncheon hosted by Loma Linda University Adventist Health Sciences Center president and chief executive officer B. Lyn Behrens, MBBS. Heritage Society members are supporters of the many programs under the auspices of Loma Linda University Adventist Health Sciences Center.
LLUAHSC president and CEO B. Lyn Behrens, MBBS, introduces Steven Mohr, CPA, senior vice president for Loma Linda University Medical Center. Mr. Mohr presented to Heritage Society members an update of the financial status of the instiution. The presentation was followed by a question-and-answer period.
Emilie Wilson (left), director, Loma Linda University Community Academic Partners in Service, introduces her sister, Catherine Wilson, a graduating physical therapy student. Ms. Wilson shared experiences while on Students for International Mission Service trips to Mexico.
Presenting special music for the luncheon are violinist Elizabeth van den Hoven accompanied by Soojin Lee. Both are School of Dentistry students.
