Banning Fraternal Order of Eagles donates $3,000 for diabetes research
Juanita and Ralph Rhodes, representing the Banning chapter of the Fraternal Order of Eagles number 3768, presents a check for $3,000 to Loma Linda University to help further pediatric diabetes research. The presentation was made at a dinner at the FOE club in Banning. The Rhodes and other members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles have worked diligently to raise money for various medical research projects such as cardiac studies, pediatric hematology oncology research, and pediatric diabetes research. They have also made hundreds of lap blankets and pillows, and collected hundreds of stuffed animals for Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital.
