Physical therapy staff, students offer sports medicine physicals at Redlands school Physical therapy students and faculty from the School of Allied Health Professions participated in a sports medicine clinic on Sunday, August 20, at Redlands Adventist Academy. This is the second year that physical therapy staff and students along with School of Medicine faculty offered physicals for students at the Redlands school who will be participating in sports. Areas tested included heart, lungs, glands, joints, and manual muscle testing. Time spent at the clinic was donated by the staff. Students not only received credit for community service, but were exposed to sports-medical screenings that will help them in their careers as health professionals.
