Specialties

Most of my teaching experience has been in Psychiatric Nursing. After I completed the Masters in Family Counseling, I became interested in Sociology so I finished my Doctorate at University of California, Riverside with specializations in Organizational Theory and Social Psychology.

Area of teaching

Currently I serve as co-course coordinator for NRSG 217 Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. I also teach one laboratory group for that course.

I have been able to use my Family Theory background in teaching Family Systems Theory and application for many church and community groups, as well as individuals and their families.
