1. Submit documentation for a second Key Award by July 15, 2011

2. Increase and sustain the number of active members of Gamma Alpha.

3. Each board member will increase knowledge/expectations/duties of various board leadership positions.

4. Improve leadership succession plan.

5. Increase effectiveness of chapter communication with members

6. Develop and implement a communications plan for the Chapter.

7. Increase chapter awareness and connection with students at the LLU School of nursing.

8. Support and initiate educational/scholarly programming for the year.
