• Co-ordinator, Diabetes WellSpring Education Seminar - 16 Session Diabetes Education and Nutrition demonstration Seminar conducted in Chehalis SDA Church Jan 2006-March 2006. Also provided complementary carotid ultrasound imaging to volunteer participants which may be used for tracking changes in atherosclerotic disease process in response to compliance with the Diabetes program. • Speaker - Cardiovascular Risk Prevention Educational presentation given at the Port Angeles, Washington pbulic library, and in the fellowship hall of the Sequim SDA Church to interested attendees on October 24, 2006. This was part of the Port Angeles SDA Church Adventist Community Services Health Outreach Program series ( 7/2005 - 11/2006 )

• Prevent the Event - Radio interview by community talk-show host regarding updated information on new cardiovascular risk prevention strategies - sponsored by Port Angeles, Washington Adventist Community Serives Health Outreach Program. ( 7/2005 - 11/2006 )

• Physician consultant - Assisted with questions and provided guidance during a 30 day CHIP program in Chehalis Washington, October 2006, sponsored by the Centralia SDA Church Health Outreach Program. Also provided complementary carotid ultrasound imaging to volunteer participants which may be used for tracking changes in atherosclerotic disease process in response to compliance with the CHIP program.
