• Frequent informal and unpaid consultation with Chief Medical Examiner, State of Montana. Frequent telephone and E-mail consultation with families and physicians with concerns and questions related to Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome. ( 8/2008 - 8/2009 )

• I am informally consulted 1-2 times monthly by physicians and pathologists at LLUMC concerning challenging patient problems in areas of my expertise. I am consulted almost daily, on an informal basis, by patients and physicians nationally and internationally, mostly concerning patients with Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome or Wilms tumor. I do not bill or submit official consultations in these cases. ( 7/2005 - 6/2006 )
