• Family Medicine Center - Local skilled nursing facilities, Glendale Adventist Medical center- in-patient, maternity, nursery, psychiatric, rehabilitation, Transitional Care Unit, home visits. ( 6/2006 - 7/2007 )

• Family Medicine Center - 2-3 half days pt. care in outpt ( 7/2005 - 6/2006 )

• SNF physician - Direct care and supervise resident care of 50-60 SNF pts. ( 7/2005 - 6/2006 )

• Hospice - Care for 1-4 hospice pts./mo ( 7/2005 - 6/2006 )

• Faculty - 3 half days/wk in the Family Medicine Center Responsiple for ~ 60 SNF patients. Responsible for the Family Medicine patients and consults in Transitional Care Unit, Rehabilitation, and Psychiatry Units at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. Responsible for Geriatric and Ethic consultations ( 7/2004 - 6/2005 )
