Operations Committee - Meets about once per month; oversees the direction of the Ophthalmology department

Physician compensation committee - Meets once per quearter; oversees physician compensation within our department

Marketing committee - meets once every 1-2 month; provides marketing guidance for our department

Clinical Competency Committee- Chair- provides oversight of the overall development of the residents within the LLU Ophthalmology Residency Program

Academic Committee - Chair- Provides administrative oversight of the Loma Linda University Ophthalmology Residency program. Meets 5-6 times per year.
