• Brace clinic - Starting August 1, I took over the brace clinic which is a multidisciplinary clinic with physical therapy and prosthetics to evaluate and prescribe braces and prosthesis. (2 1/2 hrs 1x a week) ( 8/2004 - Present )

• Post Hospital Care Clinic - One month post discharge from the rehabilitation unit, patients return for a follow up visit to see how they are adjusting to home and if anything further needs to be ordered(2 hrs 1x a week) ( 7/2004 - Present )

• SCI Clinic - I run the outpatient SCI clinic. The VA system has a Hub-spoke model. Long Beach VA has an SCI center where we refer patients for annual evaluations and for complex medical issues. Our team consists of a doctor, wound care nurse, and social worker and we f/u on SCI issues and coordinate care with the center. (3-6 hrs a week) ( 7/2004 - Present )

• Amputee clinic - I have started a new clinic to follow patients with amputations who are prostetic candidates. I assess them in clinic, in conjunction with a PT, and we evaluate for equipment, potential for prosthesis and need for further therapy. (2 hrs 1x a week) ( 7/2004 - Present )
