Clinic Activities Committee - Review and formulate general clinic policies, receive reports from committees, to review clinic requirements and evaluation systems, to coordinate the clinical quality assurance program, to monitor student evaluation of faculty members, to review the utilization of clinic space and equipment, to recommend infection control policies in accordance to current guidelines developed by the California State Board of Dental Examiners (BDE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), to recommend changes in the patient dental chart and content as required, to coordinate selected audits of patient charts.
