    Attending Physician 5700 PICU, 25-bed level-1 medical and trauma unit. Duties include: Primary patient care and management, conducting rounds (~3 hours/day), performing critical care related procedures, clinical bedside education of medical students, residents, nurses and respiratory therapists. Management of intra-facility pediatric transports; management of pediatric code blues. Attending physician 5800 CICU, 14-bed level-1 cardiac unit and 5800 intermediate/stepdown chronic care mechanical ventilator patients. Duties include: Primary patient care and management of all life support, pre- and post- cardiac surgery as well as management of chronic care ventilation patients; daily rounds (~ 1 hour - 2 hours per day) and clinical bedside education of medical students, residents, nurses and respiratory therapists and performing critical care related procedures. (Overnight call coverage for both the PICU and CICU - 55 calls from July, 2006 - June, 2007) Attending Physician, Pediatric Critical Care Sedation service. Duties include: Performing in-patient sedation and procedures for pediatric services. Attending Physician, Pediatric/neonatal ECMO team. Duties include: Primary management of ECMO circuit and secondary patient care management in liaison with NICU or PICU team. ECMO calls (~2nights/month) with in house coverage when patient is on ECMO. (In-house coverage -3 calls from July, 2005 - June, 2006)
