• Medical Director and Attending of Adolescent Psychiatric Partial Hospital Program - Administration, treatment planning, and daily care of 12-14 patients. ( 7/2005 - 6/2006 )

• ER Psychiatry Supervisor - Meet weekly with PGY-2 resident on Psych ER rotation to work on triage, safety and legal issues. ( 7/2005 - 6/2006 )

• Attending of Child Consult Liaision - Attending, supervisor, teacher of residents and medical students on consult liaision psychiatry to LLUMC. ( 7/2005 - 12/2005 )

• Medical Director of Adolescent Psychiatric Inpatient - Administrative, teaching, supervision, treatment and therapy of patients and their families. ( 7/2004 - 6/2005 )

• Medical Director of Adolescent Pschiatric Partial Hospital - Administrate, treatment planning, and daily care of up to 16 patients. This year we developed the program to be a separate entity from the inpatient program. ( 7/2004 - 6/2005 )

• Clinician of Child Adolescent Consult Liaison - Attending and supervisor or residents in child and adolescent consult liaison to the medical center. Developed with the BMC a triage program with the residents, a psychiatric RN, to deal with the county closure of child and adolescent psychiatric beds so that our ER remained functional. ( 7/2004 - 6/2005 )

• Supervisor of Psych ER Rotation - Meets weekly with PGY-2 resident to work on triage, safely, legal issues. Is available for back-up consulation if an attending can not be reached. ( 7/2004 - 6/2005 )
