This study assessed the efficacy of susceptibility weighted imaging as a predictor of long-term neurpsychologic functioning after pediatric brain injury compared with magnetic resonance spectoscopic imaging. Negative correlations between lesion number and volume with neurpsychologic functioning were demonstrated.
