The thesis topic dealt with the effect of calorie distribution throughout the day on weight gain, loss, or maintenance. The conclusion suggested that the time of day at which calories were consumed did not change resulting weight. Time is not the factor in weight change, but rather total calories ingested as compared to total calories expended. |
