Interactive Teaching

7/2007 - 6/2007	Residency Program Director I serve as residency program director, serving abour 25 hours per month fulfilling my duties as program director. This includes monthly meetings with the residents, assisting residents in the clinic and OR, attending Grand rounds, Journal club, and surgical video reviews.
7/2006 - 6/2007	Interactive teaching I teach residents in the clinical and OR setting. I also provide teaching of the consultation resident at the LLU Hospital. I am a mentor for one LLU ophthalmology resident
7/2005 - 6/2006	Fluorescein Angiography conference Attends and provides guidance to residents presenting at this monthly conference on the 4th Friday of each month 9 7-8:30AM)
