	1/2005 - Present Clinical Supervision/Role Modeling Attending surgeon at CURE International center for pediatric deformity. Regular rotations are arranged with Loma Linda ortho residents for which they obtain ACGME approved ortho credit 1/2005 - Present Wed Morning Conference Small group didactic conference covering mortalitiy, morbidity, preop planning, case review 1.5 hrs weekly 7/2004 - 6/2005 Supervision and teaching in daily clinics, operating room and orthopaedic rounds approximately 65 hours per week
