	8/2006 - Present Clinic Instruction Small group teaching of Head and Neck Surgery Residents and medical students in the ENT outpatient clinic 4-6 residents and 1-2 medical students. 8/2006 - Present Journal Club Presentation and discussion of current research in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgical techniques to residents and 4th year medical students -1 hour sessions. 8/2006 - Present OR Instruction Individualized OR instruction for 3rd and 4th year medical students, ENT residents, and general surgery residents. 8/2006 - Present Tumor Board Small Group teaching. Participants include ENT attendings, residents and 3rd and 4th year medical students who are completing the ENT portion of their general surgery clinical rotation. Purpose of tumor board is to provide a means for ENT attendings and residents to collaborate on treatment options and recommendations for ENT oncology patients, in a forum that provides opportunites for teaching and sharing information related to the treatment of Head and Neck cancer. (1-2 hours per week.)
