Cindy Kosch was the primary lecturer. I covered the renal and transplant lectures regarding medical nutrition therapy in relation to the disease processes. 1/2007 - 3/2007 DTCS 405 Senior Seminar This is a review class, part two, for the registration exam to become a registered dietitian for the senior dietetic students. I basically have coordinated this class. I review the students on the clinical section. Interactive Teaching
	1/2009 - 6/2009 DTCS 405 Senior Seminar Students are reviewed on all sections of nutrition to prepare them for the registered dietitan''s exame. 9/2008 - 12/2008 DTCS 342 Medical Nutrition Therapy I Lab Students are taken to the medical center each week to see patients and perform nutritional assessments on the disease processes they have been learning in class.  Students also get to shadow dietitians at this time. 3/2007 - 6/2007 DTCS 343 Medical Nutrition Therapy II Lab I assisted Cindy Kosch with this particular lab where dietetic students made weekly visits to the medical center where practice nutrition assessments were performed on the patients. Practice interviews were included. Patients had the opportunity to review medical records of patients as well as look up laboratory information on the computer system. After students performed their nutritional assessments, conference meetings were held for students to discuss their individual cases. About 13 students involved. Lab would be for two hours. 1/2007 - 3/2007 DTCS 342 Medical Nutrition Therapy I Lab I coordinated and led the dietetic students weekly visits to the medical center where practice nutrition assessments were performed on the patients. Students also had the opportunity to shadow registered dietitians in their various clinical roles. 10-11 students involved. Also, dealt with students and issues on their rotations. 11 students 7/2006 - 8/2006 Mentoring students Mentoring dietetic students at the medical center for their clinical rotations.
