Guided and directed a DrPH research project of UCLA student, Jabar Akbar, from conceptualization, data analyses, and editing through manuscript publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Title of research project: The contribution of Soul and Caribbean foods to nutrient intake in a sample of Blacks of US and Caribbean descent in the Adventist Health Study-2.
