Worked under  the Director of Health Programs with specific responsibilities in supervising reproductive health, family planning and HIV and AIDS programs around the world.

I also did proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation of the programs.

Later I was appointed the Director of Health following my supervisor's retirement.
