If you are applying ONLY to Loma Linda University School of Public Health, you can apply directly by requesting an online application from the office of admissions (admissions.sph@llu.edu).
If you are applying to OTHER schools of public health in addition to Loma Linda University School of Public Health, please complete an application through SOPHAS (the Schools of Public Health Application Service).
SOPHAS accepts applications and supporting documents on behalf of Loma Linda University School of Public Health. LLU SPH is proud to be a SOPHAS participating school.
When you submit the SOPHAS application, you will receive an email from the School of Public Health directing you to the Loma Linda University Supplemental Application.
Loma Linda University will accept all official documents you have submitted to SOPHAS--with one exception: official transcripts. However, we do not need them until your application has been reviewed by the Admissions Committee (not applicable for Int'l applicants who must have ALL requirements received before acceptance), and you have been accepted. For admissions decisions, we will work with the documents you provided for SOPHAS.
After we have made an admissions decision and you have received a "letter of acceptability" letting you know that your application was successful, it will be time to request official academic records/transcripts from all educational institutions you attended since high school. Ask your university/college to send the record or transcript directly to:

Loma Linda, CA 92350, USA
If you are applying for admission to a combined or dual program including an SPH major and a major from another LLU school, use the LLU application.
Once we have received all official documents, you will have completed the application process.
State laws across the nation require universities to be authorized to legally deliver online education to students residing in states other than the home state of the institution.
In other words, applicants who reside outside California will only be admitted to online courses or degree programs offered by Loma Linda University if the university has secured legal authorization from the applicant’s state of residence.
Loma Linda University is actively pursuing state authorization in every state of the nation; however, various state laws and fees might prohibit the university from achieving authorization in particular states. As a prospective student, if you reside in a state not currently on our state authorization list, we suggest contacting your state’s department of education for more information.
At this time, prospective students interested in applying to any Loma Linda University online courses or programs can do so from the following states:
Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, Wyoming
