Continuing Professional Education credit (12.5 units) will be available for the Healthy People 2010: Crisis and Opportunity conference in the following areas: MD, DO, PA and NP (eligible for category I CME), Registered Nurses (BRN), Certified Health Educators (CHES), Registered Dietitians (RD), Respiratory Therapists, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Chaplains. When you register for the conference, please indicated the discipline for which you are applying. You will also need to provide your license number. A $45 fee covers all 12.5 units. Continuing Education Evaluation Forms will be provided during the Conference for individuals requiring CE certification for this event. Please remember to turn in your evaluation forms at the end of the Conference. It is essential that we receive these forms to process your CE credits.
