The 2015 Healthy People in Healthy Communities Conference Poster Session will host 60 professional posters from across the nation. Participation means access to over 500 key decision makers, health professionals, community organizations and city officials. Apply today! Poster sessions are an excellent way to promote your research findings, programs, initiatives or other important findings. This year’s poster categories include:

If you’d like to participate in the Poster Session, an application must be submitted before midnight, January 15, 2015. If accepted, the corresponding author will receive an email with location, set up / tear down schedule and other logistical details by January 30. Handouts may not be provided.
