INVEST IN PUBLIC HEALTH
Preventive care has taken front and center in today’s world. It’s about time the world moves in the direction leading to long and lasting solution to the world health problems. Because of Public Health professionals, we are able to treat a disease before it even happens and save on health care cost through prevention strategies. Thus, we need more research to be done, more Public Health professionals that can cause change in health promotion and policies, thus the need to continue to support the School of Public Health.
The support of our alumni and friends helps determine the value of our degrees. When you hold the School in high regard and contribute to programs you are passionate about, our value and degrees increase. In the larger sense, we are helping to prepare young professionals of strong character to lead our communities in an uncertain world.

So I ask you to partner with us as we carry this public health message across the globe. We are starting from our immediate community. This year, our priority is the “Community Outreach Project,” we hope to take this message to the global community and cause long lasting health promotion, education and policy changes.
