Professional MBA in Health Care Administration

The Professional MBA in Health Care Administration program provides students with the knowledge, skills and practice necessary to further their administrative career in the health care sector. This program is primarily designed for those who are currently serving in medical centers, hospitals, health plans, physician group practices, and long-term and managed care settings. Graduates of the program are armed with additional skills to continue on to upper administration in health service organizations.

The Professional MBA in Health Care Administration is a comprehensive program which includes the following key features:

• A graduate program emphasizing industry-standard core and cross-cutting competencies, designed to provide students and health care administration professionals with an integrated understanding of the health care system
• Convenient evening course scheduling to accommodate the working professional
  • a.Classes will meet one evening per week during the fall, winter, and spring quarters. Summer courses will be taught in a condensed format.
  • b. The program will be offered over 17 quarters. Students can complete the program earlier by taking regularly scheduled MBA courses in the traditional format.
• An experience with a strong cohort of health care professionals
