The Department of Health Policy and Management offers scholarships to support student projects in the areas of Global and Community Development, Health Policy, and Health Practice and Research. For additional information, please contact the Faculty Oversight Director for your area of interest.
The Becky Bushman Endowment provides up to $2,000 in funding for students initiating and completing infrastructure projects that improve the lives of women and children in developing countries.
The Robert and Ruth Hervig Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding every quarter to a student involved in activities supporting Faith, Health and Development initiatives.
The Jere and Marian Chrispens Endowment provides up to $2,000 in funding to a student involved in a project that improves the public health infrastructure in developing countries.
The Pacific MBA Global Development Fund was established by alumni from the Pacific MBA program and provides up to $2,500 to support approved community and global development projects.
The Teri S. Tamayose Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to a student involved in selecting, developing and implementing an approved global development project.
The Thomas Zirkle Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to a student involved in an approved project that supports the global health mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
The Stewart Albertson Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to a student involved in the promotion of a responsible health policy initiative.
The Wilton S. Halverson Endowment Scholarship provides up to $2,000 in funding every quarter to fund a health policy and leadership fellow.
The Billy Mills Native American Indian Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding for a student completing a community project or policy initiative supporting Native Americans.
The Lee Nattress Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding for the best student poster presentation at the Southern California Healthcare Summit.
The Gladys Hewes Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to a student involved in the promotion of an environmentally friendly initiative or practice project.
The Johnathan Goh Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to students involved in consultancy projects.
The Alexander and Maria Kirk Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to a student involved in department development efforts.
The Dave Lawrence Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding for students involved in approved health policy and management projects.
The Ron and Madge Oh Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to a student involved in an approved health policy and management initiative.
The Lynna S. Belin Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to a student involved in health economic policy research.
The Sylvia Ram Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to a student involved in health policy research dealing with social, aging and end of life issues.
The C. Torben Thomsen Endowment provides up to $1,000 in funding to a student completing and promoting innovative healthcare research.
Please provide a brief overview of your proposed project. Be sure to include all information to ensure a fair and complete evaluation of your application. Application deadline is twice annually (January 15th and July 15th).
