Wendy Bazilian, DrPH, MA, RD

SPH alumna appears on NBC's "Today Show"

An SPH alumna informed the nation that a diet needn’t mean deprivation during her appearance on NBC’s “Today Show” January 4.

Wendy Bazilian, DrPH, MA, RD, discussed principles of the superfoods diet with reporter Al Roker. Along with two co-authors, Dr. Bazilian has written a newly published book called The SuperFoodsRx Diet.

“The superfoods diet is about feeling amazing and encouraging the body to lose weight safely and quickly by eating the right foods—eating great, delicious foods, mind you,” Dr. Bazilian told Mr. Roker.
