In addition to an excellent academic program, the Department of Nutrition has a significant program in research. Our research is focused primarily on vegetarian nutrition and on the nutritional aspects of tree nuts. Many helpful resources have been developed from our research, and we are happy to share them with you.

Frutos Secos, Salud y Culturas Mediterráneas (Tree Nuts, Health, and Mediterranean Culture) is available to those conversant in Spanish.
