	Accreditation The School of Public Health at Loma Linda University is accredited by WASC and also by CEPH.

	Majors We offer two Online MPH programs: Public Health Practice (56 units) and Health Education (59 units). Effective March 1, 2011 we'll accept applications for the DrPH in Health Education - Online (to start in September 2011)
	International Students International students are required to have their credentials translated and evaluated by an independent evaluation service. Loma Linda University accepts reports from: AACRAO http://www.aacrao.org/ ECE http://www.ece.org WES http://www.wes.org/. Follow the instructions on the LLU site.

	Online Courses: You are welcome to take an online course. The list of courses is available here.
	Non-Degree You may register as Non-degree and if you apply and are accepted then you may transfer those units into your program. The form to enroll in a single (or two) course as Non-degree is available here http://www.llu.edu/ssweb/documents/nondegree.pdf. Please download the form, fill with your information and the course info you want to enroll, and fax the form to (909) 651-5937. You may also returned as scan document via email to sphonline@llu.edu
	On-Campus Session The program does not require a residential session. However, students still have the option to attend condensed courses during the summer for one week. The orientation to the program is via online.
	GRE Score There is no minimum required score. The GRE is useful in determining whether or not you have sufficient language and quantitative skills for graduate study. In some cases, remedial coursework may be required or recommended. If your GPA is less than 3.0 your GRE, MCAT, or DAT score will provide additional information that will be taken into consideration by the Admissions Committee. GRE official site www.ets.org. GRE requirement is waived upon request if you have a terminal degree such as MD, DDS, PhD. 	Wendy Genovez will process your request and you will get in your email inbox a message with your username and PIN.
	Log on to the Application site.
	Select Online MPH: Public Health Practice or Health Education
	Complete the 12 sections of the application: a. Name b. Permanent Address c. Correspondence Address d. Personal Information e. Previous College f. Projected Coursework g. High School h. 	Pay the application fee

	Once we have received your complete application and supporting documents, they will be considered at the SPH Admissions Committee and you will be notified of the decision.
